CA EEM supports artifact federation. Artifact federation is the sharing of artifacts across multiple CA EEM Servers in a failover setup. For example, if an artifact from CA EEM Server1 is available on CA EEM Server2, it is named as artifact federation. Artifact federation lets you authenticate with a secondary CA EEM Server using artifact from a primary CA EEM Server during a failover. For example, a user can use an artifact from CA EEM Server1 to authenticate with a CA EEM Server2 during failover when CA EEM Server1 is down or unreachable.
Note: For more information about artifact federation, see the Getting Started Guide.
