Reason:

An error occurred when parsing the manifest file named in the message.

Action:

Try the following corrective actions:

• Determine whether there was an I/O error or exception which halted the download process, thus causing incomplete package download.
• If this self-monitoring event recurs, get assistance. A recurrence could indicate that this update was packaged with an incorrect ComponentInfo.xml file. For assistance, contact CA Support at http://ca.com/support.

  Note: The proxy will get the correct file when the correct ComponentInfo.xml is made available from the CA Subscription Update server.
