Error (I/O) while trying to get the update file for component - <CompName> from Proxy to client

Reason:

A technical problem occurred when the subscription client attempted to download the update from the subscription proxy.

Action:

Check the connection between the selected subscription client and the selected subscription proxies configured for this client.

Note: If there is a connection problem and you can restore the connection, the subscription client will retry the download at the next update interval.
