Action:
Try the following actions to correct the problem that disrupted the download:
- Verify that the global and local subscription configurations are complete and valid. For example, check the HTTP proxy settings.
- If the selected CA Enterprise Log Manager is configured as a proxy for content updates, the management server to which the download attempt is being made may not be responding. Verify that the management server is running. If it is not, start it.
