Version comparison errors. Incorrect version format

Reason:

This event occurs when any of the version field entries are in the incorrect format, for example, version_on_the_client, version_on_updates_server.

Action:

Report this issue to CA so that it can be corrected. For assistance, contact CA Support at http://ca.com/support.

Note: This event will stop occurring when the correction is made at the CA Subscription server.
