Configure Microsoft Internet Explorer to Access CA Enterprise Log Manager in FIPS Mode

Your browser may require some additional configuration before it can display the CA Enterprise Log Manager server user interface when running in FIPS mode. Use the following procedure to set the required options to access CA Enterprise Log Manager in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or 8.

Note: You cannot use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 to access a CA Enterprise Log Manager server running in FIPS mode.

To configure Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or 8

1. Open the browser and select the Tools, Internet Options.
2. Select the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Security section.
3. Select each of the following options:
   • Use SSL 2.0
   • Use SSL 3.0
   • Use TLS 1.0
4. Click OK.
