Symptom:
After upgrading from CA Enterprise Log Manager 12.1 directly to 12.1 SP1, an incorrect platform support statement appears in the Integration Wizard. If you select the File Log Sensor version 4.0.0.0 in the first step of the wizard, "Linux_X86_32 SLES11" appears in the available platforms list.
Solution:
This information is incorrect, SUSE Linux is not supported for the File Log Sensor 4.0.0.0. Please ignore the statement. Therefore, you cannot create a custom integration using this log sensor.
