API Query and Report Calls Fail on Certain Browsers

Symptom:

When using the open API getQueryViewer or getReportViewer calls on Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or 8, or on Mozilla Firefox, no results appear.

Solution:

On the specified browsers, the CA Enterprise Log Manager API fails to recognize the "server" parameter in the API call URL. To avoid this issue, do not specify a server parameter in getQueryViewer or getReportViewer calls. When then CA Enterprise Log Manager interface appears, select the server you want from the Log Manager Server drop-down list at the top of the main page.
