Support for CA EEM SDK Configuration File in Safex

You need not import the EIAMCONFIG environmental variable to run Safex. Safex is now initialized using the eiam.config file. To support this functionality, the following tag is added to the Safex XML:

• -sdkconfig

  Specifies the absolute path to the eiam.config.

Important! If there are any invalid attributes in the eiam.config file, Safex aborts.
