Documentation Changes

The following documentation updates have been made since the last release (r8.1) of this documentation:

• Obtain a License was added to describe the new licensing enhancements added for r8.2.
• A section on SQL Azure Property Editors was added to describe the new SQL Azure functionality and property editors.
• A section on Model Templates was added to describe the new model template functionality.
• Publish to Web Portal was added to describe how to export your models to Meta Integration Repository (MIR)-XMI format so that you can publish your models to a web portal.
