Use the Oracle Materialized View Log Editor to modify the properties for a materialized view log.
Open the Oracle Materialized View Log Editor by clicking on the Materialized View log tab in the Oracle Table Editor, selecting the Materialized View log check box, and clicking on the Edit Properties button.
Materialized view logs are supported in the following features:
The Oracle Materialized View Log Editor dialog includes the following tabs:
General Select general options for the materialized view log such as refresh types and filter columns.
Physical Props Select physical properties for the materialized view log such as tablespace, extents, space usage, and freelists.
Other Options Use for selecting cache type and parallel type.
Partitions Select the partitioning options for the materialized view log.
Comment Add or edit comments for a materialized view log.
UDP Enter user-defined property values for a materialized view log.
The following describes all of the other options available in this dialog:
A list box that contains all the available tables in the current model. Click the button to open the Table Editor where you can edit the properties for the selected table.
Select this check box if you want to generate DDL for this object during Forward Engineering. If you do not select the check box, no DDL will be generated for this object during Forward Engineering.
Starts the Complete Compare task so you can synchronize the physical objects defined in your model with the information stored on the server.
