Use the SQL Server File Editor to define the physical location of a file that is used in a database in a SQL Server 2005 physical model.
To define a SQL Server 2005 file
The SQL Server File Editor opens.
Note: Click New on the toolbar to create a new file. Use the Enter filter text box to filter a very large list of files to quickly locate the one that you want to define.
Displays the file name. You can change the file name in this field.
Specifies the type of SQL Server file that it is. Select the SQL Server file type from the drop-down.
The file is defined and the SQL Server File Editor closes.
