You use the DB2 for LUW Security Label Component Editor to define a component that you want to use as part of a security policy.
To define DB2 LUW security label components
The DB2 for LUW Security Label Component Editor opens.
Note: Click New on the toolbar to create a security label component. Use the Enter filter text text box to filter a large list of names to locate the one you want to work with.
Specifies the name of the security label component.
Specifies the element type. Select from the drop-down list. Select from one of the following values:
Array: Select this type to define an ordered set of elements.
Set: Select this type to define an unordered list of elements.
Tree: Select this type to define elements that are arranged in a tree (hierarchical) structure.
Specifies whether or not to generate DDL for this object during Forward Engineering.
Indicates the name of the security element.
Note: Click New on the toolbar to create a security element.
The DB2 for LUW Security Label Components Editor closes.
