You use the Rolename/Attribute display option to display rolenames and the basenames for the attributes in an entity. The basename is the attribute name that is migrated from the parent entity to the child entity. A period is inserted after the rolename and then the attribute's basename is appended.
You assign the rolename to the foreign key attribute using the Relationships dialog in the logical model. The rolename displays as the foreign key.
