Rename a Transform

You can rename a transform. A default unique name for all transforms is provided that you apply to model objects. However, unique names are not enforced when you rename a transform. You should use caution when you rename a transform to avoid duplicate transform names.

To rename a transform

1. In the Model Explorer, right-click the transform that you want to rename.
2. Choose Properties to open the Modify Properties for Transform dialog.
3. Enter the new name in the Transform Name box.
4. Click OK.
