Cannot Create a DSA
Symptom:
I cannot create a DSA from the Namespace Map.
Solution:
If you cannot create a DSA from the Namespace Map, you may need to clear the Java Applet Cache.
To clear the Java Applet Cache:
- Close the DXmanager browser window.
- Select Start, Settings, Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel, double-click on Java.
- On the General tab, click the Settings button under Temporary Internet Files.
- Click on the Delete Files button.
- Ensure the Applications and Applets checkbox is selected.
- Click OK.
The cache is now cleared and the DXmanager browser can be opened again.
