Explanation:

  1. the wrong database/version was used, or misspelled
  2. the wrong DATAVIEW name or version was specified or misspelled
  3. the wrong DataDictionary is being used
  4. one or more of the entities are locked ZZ is a CA-Datamacs/II internal error code indicating what CA-Datamacs/II operation was being performed at the time of the error.

Change to a different DataDictionary by using the DDID on the DATACOM statement, add a DATAVIEW to the DataDictionary, use a different status/version, switch to specifying the individual elements, or correct any syntax errors, then resubmit the job.
