Configure Security for the Classification Cache

Security is essential when sending sensitive data across a network. We recommend that you configure the classification cache to use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) when connected to the CCS.

If the classification cache is not secure, an unauthorized user could connect to it and change the classification of documents. After such an unauthorized change, end users could gain access to documents that were previously blocked.
