The CCS includes the Classification Policy Pack. This pack contains over 60 predefined document classification policies. Each policy detects a specific type of document type commonly seen in a corporate environment.
You can customize the default classifications to suit the specific needs of your organization. For example, you can specify a minimum file size and additional 'immediate disqualifer' and 'positive indicator' words or phrases.
By default, all CCS classification policies are enabled. But you can disable individual policies if they are unimportant for your organization. Disabling some policies can speed up document classification by the CCS.
You disable or customize classifications by editing the Classification Policy Pack in the CCS Classification Policy Editor.
