Edit the Sqlnet.ora File

Applicable to the CMS and gateways.

Find sqlnet.ora in your Oracle installation directory. To prevent account authentication errors when you install a CA DLP CMS or gateway, remove or comment out the following line from this file. Do this before you install the CMS or gateway:

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (NTS)
