If a user sends a non-regular email from Outlook 2010 on behalf of another user, CA DLP fails to capture the 'sent on behalf of' information (though it does successfully capture the email content). This typically affects meeting requests sent by a user on behalf of their manager.
For example, if secretary Lynda Steel sends a meeting request on behalf of her manager, Spencer Rimmel, CA DLP captures the meeting request itself and the actual sender details (Lynda Steel), but it does not capture the fact that the request was sent of behalf of her manager (Spencer Rimmel).
Note: This problem only affects non-regular Outlook 2010 emails such as meeting requests and task requests. It does not affect regular Outlook 2010 emails sent on behalf of another user.
