Customize a Report

You can customize any existing report. For example, you may want to change the data range. When you customize a report, it is added only to your reports list. It is not available to other users.

To customize an existing report

  1. Go to the Review tab (1 in the screenshot below).
  2. In the left pane, expand the Reports list (2).
  3. In the right pane, click Properties iconsole button search properties (3) to customize a report.

    The Report Properties screen displays (4). Settings are grouped into tabs, such as Basic Filters and Settings.

  4. Customize the report properties as required.
  5. Click the Save or Save and Run buttons (5) to save your changes.

    Find these buttons at the top right of the Report Properties screen.

  6. When prompted, enter a name and description for the customized report.
