Global Sender

When a user receives a notification email from CA DLP, the From: field indicates the sender of the notification email. However, the sender’s identity is configurable. For example, you can specify that the From: field in notification emails is always set to ComplianceTeam@Unipraxis.com.

To define a ‘global sender’, you must edit the registry on the machine hosting the Exchange Server or Domino server agent. Specifically, you need to add the NotificationFromAddress registry value.
