Requirements

Email Server

The following email servers are supported:

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, 2007 or 2010
• Lotus Domino 7.0.2, or 8

Local Email Client

The following must be installed on the target server:

• Lotus Notes 7 or 8, or
• Microsoft Outlook 2003 with the latest available service pack. This enables the UA to temporarily store e‑mails in .PST files while they are processed.

Important! You must use Outlook 2003 as your MAPI client! During testing, we found that Outlook 2003 was the only Outlook version that delivered reliable performance.
