Logon Requirements for CMS

You need to securely cache the CMS logon credentials. Event Import needs to log on to the CMS as a CA DLP administrator. To avoid storing the administrator credentials in import.ini (which would represent a security loophole), you can configure wgnimpsv.exe to securely cache the credentials itself.

To do this, use the following command line syntax to open a new command window where you can enter a valid username and password:

wgnimpsv -setcredentials
