Folder Change for Reports that Use XSL Transformations

If upgrading your iConsole servers from 5.0, you will need to move any manually-created XSL transformation files to a new folder on your application servers.

This is necessary because the folder structure reflects the underlying registry keys on the iConsole host machines. But in version 6.0, the registry key used by iConsole application servers was changed. Previously, registry values for application servers were stored in the Web key; since 6.0, these registry values are stored in the WebService key.

To relocate XSL transformation files

1. After upgrading your iConsole servers, locate the XSL files.
2. These are stored in the following subfolder below the CA DLP installation folder:

   \Web\transformations\report-formats
   

   Find this subfolder on the machine hosting your iConsole application servers.

3. Move the XSL files from this subfolder to the following subfolder below the CA DLP installation folder on your iConsole application server:

   \WebService\transformations\report-formats
   

4. Delete the now empty \report-formats subfolder from your iConsole application servers.
