Export, Import and Copy Policies

You can use the CA DLP Policy Editor to export and import policies to and from files, copy a policy from one account to another, and check policy versions. These operations are equally applicable to user policies, group policies and machine policies. For details, see the Administration console online help; search the index for ‘policy, utilities’.

This functionality is also available via a command line using wgnpol.exe, which is installed automatically using the server installation wizard and, for standalone client installations, the client installation wizard.
