Emails Sent from Outlook 2003 in Cached Exchange Mode

E‑mails sent from Outlook 2003 when using Cached Exchange mode have truncated timestamps. That is, the timestamps for these e‑mail events are rounded down to the nearest minute. This can cause problems as CA DLP uses this timestamp to record when the event was captured.
