The CMS holds the central database for your CA DLP installation. This database contains the policies for all your systems and users, plus all the captured data (such as emails, files, and Web pages) associated with these users.
Install the CMS before deploying CA DLP to client systems. Also install an Administration console. Use the console to perform various configuration tasks before you roll out CA DLP across your organization.
