Back Up Your CMS Database Before Upgrading

We strongly recommend that you run a scheduled backup of your user data and event audit data before you upgrade your CMS.

In particular, be if upgrading from version 5.0, be aware that the associated database cleanup operations may delete rows from the user and audit tables, so due diligence is required.
