Database Requirements

The reports and dashboard reports.msi support the following databases:

Oracle

Oracle 10g (10.2.0.4) and Oracle 11g (11.1.0.7) or later.

Oracle 9i is not supported.

SQL Server

SQL Server 2005, including SQL Server 2005 Express Edition.

SQL Server 2000 is not supported.

Note: If you want to set up your CA DLP primary user before installing a new CMS, you can find instructions in the Database Guide on manually creating Oracle users and SQL Server logins; see the 'Oracle Guidelines' and 'SQL Server Guidelines' chapters respectively.
