Prevent Automatic Startup: DisableAutostart.mst

By default, CA DLP starts automatically immediately after installation on servers and client machines. But for command line, Group Policy or SMS installations, you can prevent this by using the DisableAutostart.mst transform.

  1. Find this script in the \Support folder of your CA DLP distribution media: 
    DisableAutostart.vbs
  2. When you run the script, it prompts you to specify whether the transform is for a server or client machine. It then creates DisableAutostart.mst.
  3. Copy the transform into the folder containing your administrative installation source image.
