importSource is a fixed integer that identifies the import source, such as a third party archive.
Unique values are assigned by CA to each customer.
If there is no link to a remote archive, set this parameter to WGN_ACTIVEIMPORTSOURCE_NONE.
For testing purposes, set this parameter to 99.
