IMMEDIATE |
Stops CA‑L‑Serv immediately, even if all servers have not terminated. If any servers are still running, CA‑L‑Serv may experience an A03 abend. Use IMMEDIATE only when normal shutdown requests fail. It may be most useful when you need to stop a remote system and an active SQL request is executing on the host system. |
