• Create a new resource class: $LSRVDSN.
• Define CA‑L‑Serv data sets to the new resource class.
• Permit access to users through the new resource class.
• Create a user ID for the CA‑L‑Serv started task.
• Permit the CA‑L‑Serv user ID access to the data sets.
