Customize Cache Sizes

You can customize the table cache sizes using either of the following procedures.

To customize the table cache sizes using install_agents script file

  1. Edit the $AGENTWORKS_DIR/services/tools/install_agents script file to update the x, y, z values on the servicectrl command related to aws_sadmin with your new values.
  2. Run the install_agents script with the "remove aws_sadmin" parameters.
  3. Rerun the install_agents script with the "installauto aws_sadmin" parameters.

    Agent Technology uses the updated cache sizes.

To customize the table cache sizes using the awservices.cfg configuration file

Note: To use this procedure, you are required stop Agent Technology.

  1. Stop Agent Technology.
  2. Edit the $AGENTWORKS_DIR/services/config/awservices/awservices.cfg configuration file to update the x, y, z values of the aws_sadmin entry with your new values.
  3. Restart Agent Technology.

    Agent Technology uses the updated cache sizes.
