Simple Budget Improvements

The following changes were made to the Simple Budget for this release:

• Three new fields were added to the Financial Metrics section of the simple budget:
  • IRR (Internal Rate of Return)
  • MIRR (Modified Internal Rate of Return)
  • Planned Payback Period (in months)
• Four new fields were added to the Financial Metrics Options section:
  • Investment Rate
  • Initial Investment
  • Use System Rate for Total Cost of Capital
  • Use System Reinvestment Rate
