How to Set Up Cost Plans for Automatic Population

Use the following process to populate cost plans automatically from investment team or task assignments:

• Define fiscal period type in entity properties and grouping attribute in the entity plan defaults.
• Define costs and rates in the cost/rate matrix.
• Financially enable the investment, associate a cost/rate matrix, and assign active roles or resources to project tasks.
