Deactivate Contracts

By default, when you create a contract, the contract is active. Deactivate contracts if they are no longer used. Only an inactive contract can be deleted.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the contract.

    The properties page appears.

  2. Clear the check box next to the Active field
  3. Save the changes.

    The contract is inactive.
