My Portfolios

My Portfolios is a snapshot portlet designed to show metrics for the portfolios you have access to view based on your role.

The following columns are displayed on the portlet:

Portfolio

The name of the portfolio.

Budgeted Benefit

The planned benefit field on the portfolio.

Budgeted Cost

The planned cost field on the portfolio.

Cost Variance

The variance subtracting cost from benefit.

Stoplight Icon

If the variance is from 0 to 9,999,999 then a green stoplight is shown (under budget).
If the variance is from -9,999,999 to 0 then a red stoplight is used (over budget).

No filtering is available because of the nature of the portlet.
