The Life-Cycle Funnel portlet shows all the projects dispersed throughout the five stages for NPD. The portlet is designed to convey the number of projects per stage. Using the portlet, prepares executives and product development teams for upcoming months.
The funnel slices represent each project stage, starting with Idea Screen, Scoping, Business Case, Development, Test and Validate, and then Launch. The portlet displays the project stage name and the number of projects in that stage.
The following portlet filters are available:
Click the browse icon to select a portfolio for display in the portlet.
Defines the portfolio investment status for display in the portlet.
