How to Install Client Software from CA Clarity PPM

You can download client software to your computer using the Account Settings: Software Downloads page in CA Clarity PPM. Client software includes Open Workbench, CA Clarity PPM Microsoft Project Interface, Adobe SVG Viewer, CA Clarity PPM Offline Timesheets, and Sun Java Runtime Environment (JRE).

To download software from CA Clarity PPM:

• Your CA Clarity PPM administrator must set up the installation files on the CA Clarity PPM server.
• You must have Software Download access rights to each software to download them from CA Clarity PPM.
• You must have administrator rights on your computer to install the software.

Note: Even with download access rights, the software you need to download may not be available from the Account Settings: Software Downloads page. Contact your CA Clarity PPM administrator for assistance if you are unable to download the required client software.
