The Customer Dashboard available on the Department object shows data for departments checked as customers. It includes multiple portlets with drill downs. This dashboard is used typically by either an individual customer department manager or a business relationship manager.
The department manager can see statistics about service delivery, utilization and cost of services subscribed to, current requests for changes to services, and the specific charges to the customer for usage of the service.
