This portlet compares actual costs and planned costs for the services the department provides. This gives the department manager access to current information about the services budget in regards to the actual cost for delivering the services. This portlet is similar to the Cost Analysis portlet on the Service Dashboard except that data is aggregated across all services the provider department supports and includes all sub-department services.
