Customer Portal

To view the Customer Portal, you must be a business relationship manager for at least one customer department.

This portal is designed to allow the business relationship manager to get up to the minute information on all the customers that they support and the services those customers are using. This portlet has the following tabs:

• Subscription Delivery
• Subscription Requests
• Subscription Charges

You can access this portal from IT Service Management on the main menu.
