Service Desk Integration

The BRM Accelerator provides better visibility into financial, resource, and service delivery metrics for the services and other investments that IT departments manage and customer departments use. Some of the data displayed in BRM Accelerator portlets include information and counts about incidents. You may be tracking these incidents using external systems including CA’s Unicenter Service Desk. The incident data must be either manually entered into CA Clarity PPM, imported using XOG, or brought in using the Import Unicenter Service Desk Data job.
