Manage Automated Incident Processes

Use the Incident: Process page to create, track progress, and delete automated incident processes.

Note: You must have the appropriate access rights to access this tab.

To manage automated incident processes

1. From the Incident List page, select the incident to access its properties.
2. Click the Processes tab.
3. Click the following tabs to view processes in various states:
   • Available tab to list any processes that have already been created either for this incident.
   • Initiated tab to list processes already started.
