There are no idea-specific roles in CA Clarity PPM. You can add the appropriate roles to work with ideas based on the instance and global access rights provided. For example, you may want to set up the following roles to work with ideas:
The idea’s manager has implicit access rights to the ideas he creates.
The idea’s approver has access to approve or reject ideas, or to set ideas as incomplete.
