Delete Documents
Deleting documents from the Knowledge Store removes all versions of the document from CA Clarity PPM (but not from your computer or network drive).
You can delete a document in two ways:
- Select Knowledge Store from your Organization menu. From the Knowledge Store page, locate and select the document you want to delete and click Delete. On the Confirm Document Delete page, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
- Choose the document you want to delete, choose Delete from the document’s Actions menu. On the Confirm Document Delete page, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
The steps for deleting documents from a Document Manager page are similar to the steps described in this section.
