Resources Class

You can use the following attributes when querying resources:

Resource ID

Displays the unique identifier for the resource.

Resource Name

Displays the name of the resource.

Manager Name

Displays the unique identifier for the resource.

Active (Yes/No)

Displays whether an investment is active. Displays Yes if the investment is active and No if it is not.

Is Open For Time Entry (Yes/No)

Displays whether this resource is open for time entry (TE).

Is Role (Yes/No)

Indicates whether this investment is derived from a role. Displays Yes if the investment is derived from a role and No if it is not.

Resource Type

Displays the type of resource.

Employment Type

Displays the resource employment type.

Created By

Displays the resource that created the object.

Created Date

Displays the created date of an object.

Last Updated By

Displays the name of the resource who last updated and saved this item.

Last Updated Date

Displays the date when this item was last updated and saved.

Email Address

Displays the resource e-mail address.

Date Of Hire

Displays the resource hire date.

Date Of Termination

Displays the resource termination date.

Entity

Displays the entity that belongs to a resource.

Input Type

Displays the Input Type for this resource.

Category

Displays the classification of this resource.

Track Mode

Displays the tracking method used to enter time for this investment, including the following:

Clarity. Staff members enter time against their assigned tasks using timesheets.
None. Non-labor resources, such as expenses, materials, and equipment track actuals through transaction vouchers, or through a scheduler, such as Microsoft Project.
Other. Indicates that actuals are imported from a third-party program.

Primary Role

Displays the primary role of the resource.
